 I would describe it as "functional."I'm not exactly sure, as this is not the computer I installed it on, but I think the program is just a little older. Even so, the interface is kind of cumbersome and very cluttered. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, though. It's also a light-weight utlity which I am all about.
